Our Quality Guarantee

This warranty will give the purchaser specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary, depending on your state, province, or country of residence.

  Global Gumball offers a Full One Year Warranty on all moving parts. Global Gumball warrants each product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date product is delivered to the shipper or transport company for delivery of product to the purchaser. During the warranty period, manufacturer will, at its option, either repair or replace products which prove to be defective or which do not conform to the terms of any purchase order received and accepted by manufacturer. This warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance or unauthorized modification or misuse.

  THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. MANUFACTURER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MANUFACTURER OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH, OR ARISING FROM, THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS, OR ANY ACCOMPANYING MANUALS OR RELATED MATERIALS.

  SOME STATES OR PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. HOWEVER, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS IS LIMITED TO THE 90 DAY DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

  In the event of repair or replacement of defective or non-conforming product is required pursuant to this limited warranty, the user shall deliver the allegedly defective or non-conforming product to manufacturer at manufacturers place of business in Mesa, Arizona or such other location as manufacturer may, from time to time, designate. Repaired or replacement products or the products returned in the event that no defect or non-conformance shall be found to exist, shall be delivered to manufacturer, F.O.B. manufacturers place of business. User shall bear all risk of loss to the products following delivery to the shipper or transport company by manufacturer at manufacturer’s place of business. User shall purchase, at it’s sole expense, adequate insurance to cover the value of the products contained in each such shipment.

  The serial number of each machine shall be provided as a condition to receiving any coverage under this warranty.
